This 30cm cordless chainsaw is fitted with a brushless motor for improved run-time and is capable of up to 70 x 4x4 cuts of pressure treated spruce per charge when using an 18v XR 5.0Ah battery. The battery powered chainsaw is ideal for making one-handed cuts, as it is lightweight and compact at only 3.6kg, so you won't feel too much wrist strain or fatigue. The DeWalt chainsaw has a secondary aux-handle for increased balance and control, as well as auto oiling for reduced maintenance.

It has a strong 30cm Oregon bar that cuts almost twice its length (a half meter diameter log), and boasts a chain speed of 7.68 metres per second. The DCM565N chain brake takes less than one second to stop, allowing you to turn it off promptly, which provides added safety - particularly in emergencies.
